Tooth Whitening
Tooth whitening is a fast and conservative way of brightening your smile without the loss of any tooth structure. Whitening agents penetrate the tooth to remove deep discolourations that cannot be removed by regular cleaning.
At SSD, tooth whitening can be done in a single visit where we apply a whitening gel on your teeth and activate it with a light to achieve immediate results. Alternatively, a professionally prescribed home-based whitening treatment is also available where you apply whitening gel into trays custom-fitted to your teeth over the span of a week.
Veneers
A veneer is a thin shell of tooth-coloured material which is bonded onto your tooth surface. Veneers can mask mild imperfections such as discolourations or misalignment of your teeth in a conservative way and require minimal to no removal of tooth structure.
At SSD, veneers may be direct (done inside your mouth) or indirect (fabricated in a laboratory) and can be made of various materials such as resin or ceramic. They may be done in conjunction with other treatments such as tooth whitening to optimize the treatment results.
